Shipping Policy
Our business hours are from 9am to 5pm Utah, Monday through Thursday and from 10am to 2pm on Fridays, we are closed Saturdays and Sundays. Most orders during normal business hours will ship within 24-72 hours and are sent via USPS or UPS Ground unless a different service is requested at the time of purchase.
We only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Minimum & Free Shipping
There is no minimum. Wholesale orders over $250.00 will receive free shipping.
Payment Terms
We except checks and all major credit cards. Net terms on approval. All past due balances are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge. Credit terms are available for qualified resellers and wholesale distributors. Please contact our office.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are between 3 to 7 business days once the order has been shipped. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count as shipping days.
Return and Refund Policy
Customers who purchase our products directly from our website are eligible for a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30-days of the purchase date for a full refund, less the original shipping costs and the cost of return shipping.
